We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All original tags and accessories must be included
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on shower valves and thermostatic shower valves once they have been installed or used. These products may only be returned if unopened in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the item back to our warehouse at the address provided in your return approval email
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the original item is received at our warehouse
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the replacement is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
